The staff was welcoming, honest and full of useful information. Our room was clean with a nice sized balcony, though the bathroom was smaller than any other hotel we've stayed in. However, there's enough room for basic needs and soap etc was provided. The bed was very comfortable and pillows too. There's an option to request different pillows if you prefer for a small cost. Breakfast and dinner were nice with options for everyone (also for Italian people. I don't understand the complaints about breakfast as there were cakes, brioche, fruit, bread, jams, yogurt etc and not only savory eggs and so on) It was nice they offered some Greek choices rather than only "International ." The woman in particular who oversaw the dining service was so sweet and always smiling. All dining staff was cordial and professional. The pool was nice and we found there was enough sun for most of the day. If you have a flight later than check out time, they let you use the showers and bathroom from the gym if you need. A nice comfort.

Public beaches locates 3 mins away from the hotel. The hotel is eco, we noticed that they don't use plastic in large amounts.
